As long as we have submitted your F1/M1 application to USCIS before the date of expiration of your I-94, your stay in the country is legal and you have not violated immigration laws of USCIS.

You have to start attending your classes as soon as possible. Your F1/M1 approval will only be activated after you start attending your classes. Make sure that you start paying your tuition based on your payment plan.

As per USCIS directives, International students should be attending a Full-Time course of 18 hours per week and as per our school catalog, student should complete the course hours in order to complete the program.
