This is how the process works: upon submission of your requirements and completion of enrollment, allow us to process your student file in 10 working days. Q.Will I be Out of Status, If the USCIS have not given a decision on my F1/M1 application before my I-94 date of expiration?
As long as we have submitted your F1/M1 application to USCIS before the date of expiration of your I-94, your stay in the country is legal and you have not violated immigration laws of USCIS.
